Raquel Bermejo

I am Raquel Bermejo, a pediatric physiotherapist and osteopath who has been working since 2000. I work in Palma de Mallorca where I treat children who need pediatric physiotherapy and osteopathy, as well as in the dissemination and help of pediatric physiotherapy and osteopathy online outside the island.

I finished my degree at the University of Salamanca in 2000, and since then all my training and experience has been highly specialized in the field of pediatrics.

Since I became a mother in 2007, I realized that a good treatment did not only focus on the baby, but had to cover everything that surrounds it in order to be effective. No one knows a child better than its own parents. My intervention strategy is global, taking into account all the variables in the child's environment to achieve maximum effectiveness.

I have travelled throughout Spain and abroad, training with the best professionals in manual therapy and osteopathy for neurological, respiratory and digestive treatments in early childhood.

I have collaborated writing scientific and popular publications, as well as writing articles for national childcare magazines.

I also dedicate part of my time to teaching, giving classes in postgraduate university studies in pediatric physiotherapy.

My work focuses on the specialized treatment of babies and children with psychomotor retardation, congenital (cranial and musculoskeletal) disorders, digestive and respiratory pathologies... All through physiotherapy, osteopathy and craniosacral therapy techniques in a unique, personalized and special space and treatment for families.
